CLW Lighting is proud to be your trusted store for purchasing quality lighting products online. As a family-run business we understand our customer’s needs, stand behind our products, and guarantee our customer's satisfaction with every purchase.
We ship most items via UPS, USPS, or DHL in the 48 contiguous United States (Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico do not apply) free of charge for orders over $75. For orders under $75, a $15 shipping charge will apply.
Once your order is shipped from the manufacturer's warehouse, you will receive tracking information by email within 24-48 hours. You can always check the staus of your order online through your account under View Order Status.
All returns are subject to a restocking fee (up to 25%). To initiate a return, please submit a return request online through your account under Completed Orders. Once your return request is processed by our team, we will email you an RGA number (return goods authorization) within 3-5 business days along with the address to ship your item to. Please include the RGA number with your return, as you need to reference this number to guarantee your refund.

- Returned items must be shipped within 30 days of receiving your order - just ship the un-installed item back in the original packaging and we will issue you a full refund (less shipping charges and applicable restocking fee). After 30 days we cannot guarantee that we will be able to process your return request and additional charges may occur.
- Returned items must be in the original condition in order to be resalable. Items must be without any scratches or damage. Item cannot have been installed and must be in the original packaging - free and clear of any marks, writing, or labels. All original packing materials, manuals, and accessories need to be included with the item.
- Refunds will be issued to the original purchasing credit card on the account.
- Warehouse Sale closeout items are not refundable and cannot be returned unless they are damaged or defective.
- All correspondence will be made to the email address or billing address provided by you on your original order.
- We are not responsible for any labor costs for installing defective or wrong item or parts.
- We are not responsible for shipping charges.
- We are not responsible for lost shipments. You must file a lost freight claim with the shipper.
- We do not accept return requests for items less than $20.00.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
For damaged or defective items that are under manufacturer warranty, CLW will have replacement parts or a replacement item shipped to you by the manufacturer. We will take back damaged items only if can not be replaceable.Shipping charges will accrue in case you still prefer not to get replacement. If you would rather return the damaged or defective item, we will issue you a full refund after deducting our shipping cost to you.
CANCEL AN ORDER
To cancel an unshipped order please call our support team immediately at 888-453-6642. Once an order has been shipped it cannot be canceled and a return will have to be processed.
